San Francisco’s unemployment rate rose to 10.3 percent, hitting an all-time high since the onset of the Great Recession, according to the city Controller’s Office.
The unemployment rate for January, the most recent month available, indicates that the city’s job market remains in limbo with few signs of a sustainable recovery in hiring, the report issued Wednesday said.
