Schwab to buy Windward Investment for $150M
The Charles Schwab Corp. has agreed to acquire Windward Investment Management Inc. for $150 million in stock and cash, the company said Monday.
Windward is an investment advisory firm that manages $3.9 billion as of July 31. It is based in Boston.
