Portland-Pacific condos OK'd in S.F.
Portland-Pacific condos OK'd in S.F.
A 113-unit apartment project will be built at 430 Main Street in San Francisco's Rincon Hill in the first quarter of 2010. Portland-Pacific, LCC- a private real estate investment firm based in San Francisco has won approval to build the project worth $35 to $40 million. The project is expected to be financed through Housing and Urban Development's Section 220 that is used by other developers like the Emerald Fund, the Martin Building Group, and Menlo Capital Group.
