Kohl's opens new stores at end of month
A Wisconsin-based retailer Kohl's will open 30 new stores in California at the end of September in former Mervyn's locations. Seven of the news stores will be in the Bay Area including Redwood City, Millbrae, Hayward and San Rafael. According to the company, Kohl's will add nearly 1,000 jobs in the Bay Area and about 4,200 jobs in California.
